Baylyn reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time without notice. All new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to said changes. Baylyn is the owner of free CDL schools, Baylyn Recruiting and all other products Baylyn LLC owns.
You give Baylyn and all affiliates including 3rd and 4th parties but not limited to, to perform all tasks needed to complete the process. Including but not limited to, background check, upload of job application on your behalf, signing an application on your behalf update any and all required information, drug testing records are reported in federal database, upload of personal information, contacting you through SMS, email or phone call.
